I have been training with Rebecca for several months now. My goal is to gain muscle while maintaining my weight. Rebecca took into account my goals and crafted a training plan that had me making steady progress while ensuring that I did everything safely and was improving my form along the way. She took detailed notes of my progress and came prepared for every session. I have trained with personal trainers in south Florida and in Seattle for last 5+ years and Rebecca is clearly one of the best trainers that I have ever worked with. She wants the best for her clients, is very encouraging during the sessions, is very detailed oriented, while also pushing to make sure that her clients make steady progress every week.
